Argo Hotel in Mykonos, Greece located at Platis Yialos Beach. Our favorite place to stay in Mykonos…..we love the people, ambiance, food and location! Doesn’t get any better!
The hotel offers a great variety for breakfast. I always look forward to the toasted bread with Greek yogurt spread and tomato with olive oil and oregano on top. Other items include eggs, spanakopita (spinach pie), salad, tiropita (cheese pie), meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, cereals, yogurt, coffe, juices and much-much more!
Food & drinks can be enjoyed poolside at Argo Hotel or beachside at their restaurant, Avli Tou Thodori. No matter what you choose you only a few steps away from an incredible view!
DON STALEY/ FIT MIND FIT BODY
Don Staley’s book, Fit Find Fit Body is a must read!!!
I am very thankful for this book. Especially during the few months i was laid up with a broken ankle. It really got me through that time. I think i would have gone stir crazy otherwise.
The great thing about this book is that it gives you step by step exercises to help you make changes in your life, It really makes you think about some of your habits and how to make positive changes. You can apply these steps to every area of your life.
This is a book you can read over and over again ad get something different from it each time.
Thank you Don Staley!!!

Dish with Trish
As a proud Greek girl from Chicago, I have always been very passionate about food! I grew up watching my family make all of our food from scratch and run restaurants and bakeries from the ground up. Everything from traditional cuisine to deep dish pizza and juicy burgers to high end sushi; food has been something that has always brought me together with my family and friends. I thoroughly enjoy the process of preparing a meal at home, taking in the ambiance of a fancy restaurant, or letting loose at a backyard barbeque. The experience that surrounds food is always what makes a meal the most memorable to me. My favorite thing to do is to try something new and then spread that to as many people as I can, as quickly as possible! This idea and finding those amazing places where a table of two can rapidly turn into a table of twenty is what helped inspire my passion project, “Dishwith Trish”, an entertainment piece that exposes all the food, culture and parts of life that people are missing for themselves. It gives me the ability to spread the joy that I experience to others and give people an opportunity to open themselves up, becomfortable, and see what life can really bring with it!
